I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. the location was perfect - situated in a nice area just twenty minutes walk from the centre. It was also close to the surrounding area's great volcanoes, which made for a unique and interesting stay. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional - they provided excellent service and were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and an unexpected view of a basking terrapin. And lastly, the breakfast included with the room was delicious and had a great variety of options.

All in all, everything was more than satisfactory.

The Wi-Fi signal in my room was weak, which made it difficult to work. The lack of soap in the bathroom was a small inconvenience.

Finding parking space around the hotel was a bit of a hassle, as there is no designated parking area for the hotel guests. though the hotel was recently built and had updated amenities, we were disappointed to find out that breakfast was not included in our room price, which was a bit of an inconvenience for us.

The rooms are modern and minimalist, yet very comfortable, with great sound and light exclusion. The staff are extremely helpful and always willing to provide great tourist advice. The facilities are first-rate, and the breakfast is delicious.
